Eines meiner absoluten Lieblingscafes, die ich bis jetzt besucht habe, ist auf jeden Fall das Superfoods & Organic Liquids in Berlin.

Bei meinem ersten Besuch war ich sofort begeistert von diesem Café. Auch wenn die Karte relativ viel bietet, stand sofort fest, was mein Standardmenü im Superfoods and Organic Liquids sein wird:
Ein Cappuccino mit Mandelmilch und die Raw Cacao Smoothie Bowl.
Ich liebe Schokolade einfach viel zu sehr und war super happy, nicht einmal beim Frühstück, darauf verzichten zu müssen 🙂
Die Raw Cacao Smoothie Bowl hat die perfekte cremige Konsistenz und hat im Grunde genommen nach (gesundem!) Schokoladenpudding geschmeckt.
Es gab auch noch andere empfehlenswerte Smoothie bowls. (Nicht jeder kann so sehr auf Schoko stehen wie ich! Haha.)
Auch unglaublich gut ist die Mango Bowl. Meine Mutter liebt Mango, aber sie ist eine der wenigen Personen, die weder Avocado noch Banane mag. Ihr haben sie eine besondere Bowl gemischt – mit viel Mango!
Das Gute an den Frühstücksbowls dort ist, dass sie nicht so klein (und teuer) sind, wie die meisten Smoothie/ Acai-Bowls in anderen Cafés. Auch die verschiedenen frischen Toppings sind eine gute Abwechslung.
Nach dem Frühstück ist man für den ganzen Tag gestärkt.
Natürlich gibt es dort auch andere Sachen zum essen. Neben Pancakes, Chia Pudding und weiteren Müslis, werden frische Sandwiches und die köstlichsten veganen Naschereien angeboten.
Was sich im Nachhinein auch auf meine „Best of-Liste“ geschlichen hat, war die Matcha Kugel mit weißer Schokolade.
In einem Kühlregal entlang der Wand findet man nicht nur viele frische bunte Säfte, sondern auch jegliche Müslis und Salate fertig zum mitnehmen.
Die Einrichtung ist sehr schlicht, schon fast kühl, aber so konzentrieren sich wirklich alle Sinne auf das Wesentliche!
Am Eingang gibt es einen kleinen Tisch am Fenster, hier hat man den besten Ausblick und Einblick;-)
Weiter an Kühlregalen vorbei, kommt man zu einem weiteren Raum mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Alles sehr clean, aber schön.
Im Sommer genießt man seine Lieblingsbowl vor dem Café und kann dem Treiben auf der Strasse zusehen.
Das ganze Konzept im Superfood and Organic Liquids hat mir sehr gut gefallen und ich kann euch nur raten dort mal vorbeizuschauen!!

One of my favourite coffee shops ever is the Superfoods & Organic Liquids in Berlin.
From the very first moment I stepped in, I loved it!The menu is quite big, but I quickly knew wht will be MY standard menu fort he future:
A Cappucchino with almond milk and the Raw Cacao Smoothie Bowl!
It is just that I love chocolate so much and I was so happy not to miss it for breakfast. The Raw Cacao Smoothie Bowl has a wonderful cremy consistence and in the end it tastes like a real chocolate cream.
But there are, of course, some other Smoothie bowls for all the others who aren`t so fond of chocolate like me;-)
My mother just loves the Mango bowl. And as she is one of the rare species who doesn`t like Avocado nor banana, they even managed to produce a pure Mango Smoothie bowl – still very creamy.
Another good news is, that the bowls are quite big (and fairly prized) compared to others and the variety of toppings is huge. One bowl helps you to keep on going for the whole day.
Beside of the Smoothie bowls they have various other treats, like pancakes, Chia puddings, avocado breads and mueslis. In their refigerated display you find many delicous looking sandwiches, salads, mueslis and more vegan treats, all ready to go.
Also the wide range of beverages, like water, juices, lemonades, makes it hard to choose.
Or you go for a homemade vegan cake or – the very best on my list – the white chocolate Matcha ball!
The interior design is rather simple and pure, which makes it easy to concentrate on the essentials – the food!
There is one table at the entrance, where you can watch people and the food making process. And by passing the refrigerated displays you come to another room with more tables.
All in all, I love the whole concept and in my opinion it is the most authentic vegan coffee shop I know. Try it, and I am sure you will be addicted!
