ON LAYAWAY Vintage late 1930s full length evening dress in oriental green and metallic printed cloqué fabric 1920s fashion underarm to cuff 15”ON LAYAWAY Late 1930s evening dress with floating side panels, over a relatively straight full length skirt relieved with cb kick pleat. Both skirt and panels are mounted on a light buckram to give additional structure and shape. Fine silk lining and unusual Art Deco embossed cloqu sateen fabric, possibly cotton.
