The outer casement has both saw tooth and rounded serrations for the efficient removal of excess wax from filled holes and repairs. Housed inside the applicator is a cleaning comb, to keep the serrations free from wax, and two buffing pads. These pads allow the waxes to be given either a glossy finish or a matt finish to blend in with the surrounding surface.
